David has been in the real estate industry for nearly 20 years. David got his start doing commercial real estate investment analysis for one of the most successful commercial brokers in the world. From there went to to obtain his brokers license and began managing commercial properties and selling commercial real estate to investors. While working full time, David began his studies at Texas Wesleyan School of Law in downtown Fort Worth. Eager to begin his legal career, David pressed hard to finish law school early, graduating in two and a half years near the top of his class. From there he continued his work in real estate, opening a law office and becoming a fee attorney with Fidelity National Title. Having closed thousands of transactions, David has gained the reputation of being able to close the most complex and difficult transactions, both residential and commercial.
Through his practice years, David has branched out into all areas that touch and concern real estate. He has represented clients in collection matters, insurance litigation, landlord/tenant disputes, oil & gas title concerns, property tax protests, business formations, and estate planning.
